Description

Amvista G9 Autumn & Winter fertiliser for end of season application which improves root strength over the winter months.

Contains: 3% nitrogen, 0% phosphate, 12% potassium + 2% iron + 2% magnesium in a dust free, spreadable compound granule form

Apply from September onwards, but not during frosts
Too much nitrogen late in the season can result in fresh growth that can be easily damaged by early frosts
Zero phosphorous - avoids excess amounts of phosphorous when growth slows down coming into winter - therefore avoiding run off and pollution in water courses
Potassium aids plant health, temperature control and root growth so turf is better able to capture available nutrients and cope with weather extremes

Autumn and winter lawn feed

Note:

Granular fertilisers should not be applied during periods of stress: drought, high temperatures, frost
Water the area with a hose if there is no rain 48 hours after application
Avoid cutting grass for at least 3 days after application
Re-apply after 6 - 8 weeks or when grass starts to look pale
