What do I need to bring with me when collecting my orders?
When collecting an order from our premises, please bring evidence of your order (e.g. a screenshot of order confirmation email).
Does ProGreen offer a credit account facility?
Yes, ProGreen does offer a credit account facility to those customers who are placing larger or regular orders. Please complete the online application form or contact our customer services team for more information.
My payment will not submit, or I am receiving an error message, what do I do?
There could be several reasons for this. Firstly, please take a screenshot of the error message you are seeing in case this is needed.
Please check the details you are entering for payment, for example in your name, please make sure that there are no spaces before or after or unusual characters included. If you still cannot resolve the problem, please contact us.
Can I see ex VAT prices or vice versa online?
We have a facility at the top of every page that allows you to switch between inc VAT and ex VAT pricing to easily see the difference.
Please note: seed products are always ex VAT due to the nature of this product.
If I have a VAT exemption, what do I do when placing an order?
ProGreen is unable to remove VAT at the point of purchase.
Feel free to contact our team to place your order and we can remove the VAT from the order.
