MAC Hi-Power Professional Concentrate Hard Surface Cleaner is a powerful softwashing solution designed for the effective treatment of outdoor hard surfaces. Ideal for use on patios, driveways, paving, walls, roofs and stonework, this high-strength concentrate targets organic growth such as algae, moss, lichen and mould without the need for aggressive scrubbing or pressure washing.

Formulated for professional and domestic use, MAC Hi-Power delivers long-lasting results with minimal effort. Simply dilute and apply using a pump sprayer or knapsack, allowing the product to work over time to restore surfaces and help prevent regrowth. Suitable for use in both soft and hard water areas, it provides a reliable and efficient solution for exterior surface cleaning.

Mac Hi-Power can be applied year round in temperatures above freezing. Results may be affected if significant rain falls within 12 hours of application for best results allow 20-24 hours rain-free.

  • To decant from 200L drums with ease, we recommend the Chemflow Syphon Pump.
  • Do not spray grass discolouration may result from accidental drift or overspray (although grass will recover over time).
  • Do not use on lawns, plants or in aquatic areas.

Simply dilute your solution and apply using your chosen method. We recommend a pump or knapsack sprayer. No need to scrub!

Dilution rates:

  • Ground surfaces Dilute 1L Mac Hi-Power in 40L water. Spray 1L of solution over 4 5m ≤
  • Render & Walls Dilute 1L Mac Hi-Power in 30L water. Spray 0.5L of solution over 1m ≤
  • Roof surfaces Dilute 1L Mac Hi-Power in 20L water. Spray 1L of solution over 1m ≤

After applying MAC Hi-Power Professional Concentrate Hard Surface Cleaner, allow the treated surface to dry completely before re‑use. Rinse any equipment used with clean water. Maintain regular cleaning intervals to prevent re‑contamination.
