The PA6A unit covers the use of hand held applicators, including knapsack sprayers. Available as a remote training course through Microsoft Teams.
Online training with a dedicated instructor with many years of practical experience in teaching and applying pesticides with handheld equipment, knapsack, etc
The training will follow the same format as face to face instruction, to prepare you for the practical assessment*.
Videos, Q&A and clear diagrams will all be combined in a multimedia display

Training fee includes:
- Dedicated, experienced trainer on hand to teach and answer questions for the day
- Course workbook to follow and keep notes. Useful during your assessment
- List of required and suggested items for practice and for the assessment
- Training suitable to attain a City & Guilds (NPTC) or LANTRA PA6a/ PA6aw qualification
*The assessment (practical exam) is held on a separate day. Subject to availability, the assessor will visit you to conduct the assessment. It is a legal requirement to pass this test before you can apply pesticides, training alone is not sufficient.
NB: Please note. You must already possess the PA1 qualification before you attempt the PA6.
