To give you complete confidence, all Your A1 Lawn products – including the Starter Pack and the Seasonal Pack subscription – are covered by our 60‑Day Results Guarantee. If you follow our guidance and see no visible improvement, we’ll put it right.

Lawn performance can be affected by watering, weather, mowing height, traffic and timing – so if you're not seeing the improvement you expected, we strongly encourage you to contact our team as early as possible. Most issues can be resolved quickly with tailored advice, and speaking to us first ensures you're getting the full benefit of the products before considering a guarantee claim.

Below are the terms that apply so everything is clear and fair.

1. Eligibility
  • Purchase a Your A1 Lawn product (Starter Pack or Seasonal Subscription Pack) directly from Your A1 Lawn at ProGreen.
  • Follow the supplied step-by-step instructions for that specific pack.
  • Apply the products within appropriate seasonal conditions for their intended use (as outlined in your included calendar).
2. What the Guarantee Covers
  • The products in the pack were applied as directed.
  • No visible lawn improvement is seen after 60 days.
  • “Visible improvement” includes: new growth, thickening, improved colour, or reduced patchiness.
3. What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
  • Extreme weather (heatwaves, frost, drought, storms)
  • Incorrect watering or mowing
  • Heavy use (pets, play, events, sports)
  • Lawn diseases (e.g. red thread), fungus or pests
  • Weed seeds or fungal growth appearing after application
  • Use of additional chemicals that interfere with the pack
  • Misuse, incorrect storage or expired products
4. Information Required to Make a Claim

To fairly assess your guarantee claim, we need:

  • Your order number
  • Clear dated before and after photos
  • A brief outline of the steps you followed (watering, mowing timing, etc.)
  • Confirmation that you contacted our team for support during the 60‑day period (including any advice given and actions taken)

This allows us to support you properly and assess the claim fairly.

5. What You'll Receive
  • A full refund of the pack value (excluding delivery), or
  • Replacement products or tailored recommendations – whichever you prefer.
6. Time Limits
  • Claims can be submitted from Day 30 onwards
  • Claims must be submitted no later than Day 60
  • You must contact us before Day 60 if you are not seeing the expected progress. This gives our team a fair opportunity to advise you and help correct any issues before a claim is considered. Claims may be rejected if we have not been given this opportunity.
  • Claims outside this window are not eligible
7. Fair Use
  • Instructions were not followed
  • Photos or details provided are insufficient to assess the outcome
  • The lawn shows reasonable improvement (the guarantee applies to no visible improvement at all)
  • Where significant improvement is visible across most of the lawn, we may offer additional products or a proportional refund instead of a full refund
  • We may request additional information where needed.
8. How to Submit a Claim

Email our support team at info@progreen.co.uk with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Before/after photos
  • Brief summary of steps followed

If you have concerns before Day 60, please reach out as soon as possible so we can help identify and correct any issues early.

We aim to review all claims within 5 working days.

This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights and does not affect them.
