This Arable Reversion & Grassland Recreation Mix is designed to convert arable land back to permanent or semi-permanent grassland with minimal ongoing management. It establishes a stable, long-lasting sward that provides effective green cover, supports soil structure, and blends naturally into the surrounding landscape.

The mix is well suited to grass buffer strips, field margins, arable reversion areas and low-input grassland creation, helping to reduce erosion, stabilise soils and maintain land in Good Agricultural and Environmental Condition (GAEC).

Species Composition:

• 20% Meadow Fescue – Strong rooting and persistence.
• 10% Smooth-Stalked Meadow Grass – Improves sward density and ground cover.
• 15% Sheep’s Fescue – Fine-leaved, low-input grass.
• 20% Timothy – Reliable establishment and durability.
• 5% Common Bent Grass – Enhances sward texture.
• 25% Red Fescue – Excellent ground cover and tolerance.
