Our lime is safe for use for horse and general livestock grazing.' Stock can re-enter treated field immediately after application, no with-holding period is needed.     After applying Calcifert Lime Granules to reduce soil acidity, water the area if rain is not expected within 48 hours to help granules dissolve and prevent scorch.

    You are able to fertilise paddocks that usually have horses grazing on it, however it is important that you remove the horses from the treated field for 14 days or until the fertiliser prills have fully dissolved into the soil before you reintroduce them to the field.

    Reapply only according to the recommended feeding schedule.
