  • Contains 500 g/L pelargonic acid, which penetrates the leaf cuticle, destroys cell membranes, and causes rapid dehydration and plant death.

Use & Application

Areas: Amenity vegetation, non-crop natural surfaces, permeable surfaces over soil

Targets: Young grass and broadleaf weeds up to 10 cm, mosses & algae

Dose Rate: 22.5 L/ha

Water Volume: 225 L/ha

Applications: Up to 4 per year, minimum 14-day intervals

Katoun Gold is safe to use on:

  • Amenity vegetation areas (e.g. parks, public spaces, landscaped areas)
  • Natural surfaces not intended to bear vegetation
  • Permeable surfaces overlying soil, such as: Gravel paths and drives, permeable paving, hard surfaces where soil lies beneath, edges of borders and fence lines

Application Notes & Guidance:

  • Apply as a coarse spray
  • Contact herbicide '- less risk of severe damage to surrounding vegetation
  • Half-fill tank with clean water
  • Add recommended amount of Katoun Gold, then top up with water
  • Agitate tank

After applying Katoun Gold 5L, avoid disturbing the treated area to allow the product to work effectively.

Monitor the site over the next few weeks and only re‑treat if fresh growth appears. Rinse application equipment thoroughly with a suitable tank cleaner and dispose of washings safely on treated ground.

Keep pets and people away from the area until foliage has dried.
