• Mow the area before treatment to ensure the product reaches the soil.
• Apply using appropriate professional spray equipment following the label.
• Only one application per year permitted.
• Best used preventatively before infestations cause serious damage. Acelepryn only controls young larvae; larger grubs will not be controlled.

Timing must coincide with peak pest activity:

• Chafer grubs: Apply shortly after peak adult flight, typically June.
• Leatherjackets: Adult crane fly activity may peak mid-October. Confirm peak flight before applying.
• Areas with previous infestations are more likely to face re-infestation. Monitor activity and record sightings on Pest Tracker: syngentaturf.co.uk/turf-pest-tracker.
• Irrigate treated turf after application to wash the active ingredient into the soil and attract larvae to the surface.
• On dry or hydrophobic soils, pre-treat with Amvista Soil Soaker Wetting Agent to improve absorption.
• Maintain a 5-metre buffer zone from water bodies.
