Does weedkiller kill grass?

This depends on the type of weed spray you purchase. If you want to control weeds that are growing within the grass, then a selective weed killer should be used, as this will not harm the grass. If you applied a normal liquid weeds killer that contained glyphosate for example, then this would kill any plant that it touched, including grass.
