Lead times and costs
If you haven’t received a ‘Thank You For Your Order’ confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, or your products have not been delivered within the timescales stated in the Confirmation Despatched or Courier Confirmation email, then please email our Customer Services team [email protected] or phone us on 0330 165 5568

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

  • Delivery is generally one to two working days available on all orders placed Monday – Thursday before 11am*
    • *Some outer regions of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and off shore islands are likely to take longer and are treated as 'Non Mainland Parcels' or 'Extended Areas'.
    • *Excluding Bank Holidays
  • This is based on payment being received and availability of the full consignment of products you ordered
  • Delivery charges are based on weight and dimensions of the goods that are ordered, and the location of the delivery address
  • All orders via our couriers will make three delivery attempts. If these attempts fail, your order will be returned to us and if you wish us to redeliver the order, you will incur the delivery charge again
  • All palletised deliveries will have one delivery attempt only
  • When our courier delivers your goods you will be asked to sign for them to acknowledge you have received them
  • Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays from our third party operators, or suppliers who despatch direct

Collection from Head Office

  • Products can be collected from our Head Office – Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
  • Please check before you visit that the product you require is in stock call 0330 165 5568 or email [email protected]
  • Also, please check for any current collection restrictions at our site when you call 0330 165 5568 to check stock

How delivery is calculated

  • Delivery is calculated on the weight of your order
  • Up to 25 kg/L can be despatched in one parcel
  • Most areas of the UK will be charged a standard fee + VAT up to 25 kg/L however the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly will be charged a higher amount + VAT as a Non Mainland or Extended Area. If you would like to check the order and postage totals, please add your items to the basket and click on view basket. You are able to view the delivery charge and amend your order before you commit to buying.  For more information please contact us
  • We will always try to deliver your goods in the most economic cost effective way

Delivery around Bank Holidays

  • Deliveries are not made on:
    • New Year's Day
    • New Year's Bank Holiday (in lieu)
    • Good Friday
    • Easter Monday
    • Early May Bank Holiday
    • Spring Bank Holiday
    • Early August Bank Holiday (Scotland only)
    • August Bank Holiday (England, Wales and N. Ireland only)
    • Christmas Day
    • Boxing Day
  • Pre 2.00pm Timed Deliveries may not be available around Bank Holidays. Please contact us for more information. Postcode restrictions apply

Delivery - Signatures

All deliveries will require signing for.

If no one is available to sign for delivery you can request it is left in a safe place by leaving a note for the courier with a signature, requesting the item is left without being signed for. If you opt to do this, it is at your own risk and the driver’s discretion.

ProGreen Weed Control Solutions Ltd do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to the package after it has been authorised for release by the receiver. Please note all professional pesticide products must be signed for.

Delivery - UPS My Choice Service
If you opt to use the 'UPS My Choice' Service and you select the Authorised Shipment Release service from ‘UPS My Choice’, you authorise UPS to release packages addressed to you at your address when no one is present to receive the delivery. UPS will only make one delivery attempt and will not obtain a signature upon delivery. A UPS delivery record constitutes conclusive proof of delivery and, by selecting the Authorised Shipment Release service, you will be asked and are required to accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the package after it has been released at the address. ProGreen Weed Control Solutions (Shipper) do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the package after it has been released at the address where Authorised Shipment Release has been selected in UPS My Choice.
