We have a number of payment options for your order including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal, these are processed using SAGE Pay or PayPal. On paying your order you will be given a choice of how you would like to pay. Alternatively if you have a PayPal account this can also be used; although you do not need a PayPal account to place an order.

Please note that products will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared. This generally takes up to 4 working days from receipt of your order.
Placing your order
When you’ve found the products you want to buy, add them to your basket, you can then begin to go through the checkout process by clicking ‘Your Basket’ (a small wheel barrow icon) at the top right hand side of your screen.
- When you’re ready to place your order, click on the ‘place order now’ button and wait for the online receipt. You’ll also receive a ‘Thank You For Your Order’ confirmation email with details of your order, shortly after we have received it.
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive two more emails from us.
- Our confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
- Our courier’s confirmation that your order is on its way for delivery. This email will have your tracking number on and you can see information which means you can see where your order is in their distribution network.
A VAT receipt is sent out with all orders. However if you wish us to send you a separate VAT receipt please email [email protected] or alternatively contact us on 01778 394052.
If you are a resident of the Channel Islands or other regions and qualify for a VAT refund, please email [email protected] or contact us on 01778 394052, after your goods have been delivered. We’ll then credit the amount of VAT charged. Alternatively, please phone us to place your order and we can deduct tax directly.
Out of stocks
It can be annoying to see a product is out of stock. However, we continue to show these products on our website as customers often still want to know what we normally stock, as they may want to buy it at a later date, once it is back in stock.
If you happen to see a product is out of stock, but know you want to place a future order we can often give you an estimated delivery date and take a forward order for you. If this is the case, then email [email protected] or contact us on 01778 394052 and we will be more than happy to help.
