SALTEX 2021

What an incredible couple of days! From Wednesday 3rd November to Thursday 4th November 2021 some of the ProGreen team attended SALTEX 2021. The Progreen stand was a great success with huge numbers of visitors talking to our team and having their varied technical questions answered. The main aims for the show were to introduce the concept of softwashing through our new brand ProWashing and to share our wide range of online and face to face training.

We also took the opportunity to introduce local councils and others to the Amenity Forum while making them aware of the current free membership offer. It was also an ideal environment to promote the huge range of products ProGreen offer and the emphasis we place on good customer service through our qualified advice and quick product dispatch.

Over the two days, we managed to meet all of our targets and build on the great name that is ProGreen.

Here are some of the highlights and what we got up to whilst we were there…

Tuesday 2nd November 2021 - The setup...

Tuesday evening; members of our team travelled to the NEC in Birmingham to get the stand set up – from the video display to the spraying Softwash brush there was lots of lifting and subtle ‘tweaks’ before it was ready. When we first arrived the whole arena was bustling with exhibitors getting their stands ready for the following morning. As you can see from these ‘before’ images there is a huge contrast to how the stand eventually looked.

Wednesday 3rd November 2021 - SALTEX Day 1...

SALTEX day 1 brought us a hive of activity right from the start at 9am. The ProGreen stand was busy with a high numbers of visitors. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting about current industry news, giving out advice and guiding people on the products that would be best suited to their needs. The questions were wide and varied – from products for clover, to softwashing algae and lichen from surfaces, to annual fertiliser choices. It was a brilliant feeling to be back out at shows again and even meeting some of our current customers, face to face, at last! The team were excited for what day 2 had to bring.

Thursday 4th November 2021 - SALTEX Day 2...

Day 2 was another busy day at SALTEX with just as many visitors as the day before. In between welcoming all of the visitors to our stand, we had the chance to see the wider range of companies at the show and meet see some familiar faces from companies we regularly deal with but don’t get to often see in the flesh. Deals were done and future projects discussed in a relaxed atmosphere.

We are all extremely grateful that we had the opportunity to attend SALTEX this year, after the hiatus. We would like to thank everyone that came to see us at our stand and a huge thank you to the organisers of SALTEX who, once again, held a fantastic show!
